Great location, fun vibes, not for young children. Positive: Fantastic location - close to beach and town. Balcony had a decent view and the house was well stocked with amenities. The living room/kitchen layout was clean and open. House has fun character and ample space for a small family. Adults or older children recommended. Negative: The floor was not properly cleaned (we found food items (jelly beans, popcorn kernels) that the toddler we traveled with could have ingested), the bedding in one room had chocolate (we assume) on the sheets, door knobs are missing so that you cannot adequately make the area more closed off if traveling with young ones, the television in the spare room does not work unless you have your own device, and the upstairs that connects to the balcony has the twin beds in it, which is not safe for children as the spiral staircase is not secured, leaving that area for adult use only. Over all we paid more than $500/night, which for us is a lot of money, and I really had expected for this stay to match the price versus us cleaning on arrival and ensuring safety measures were in place.

The host was welcoming via messages through the VRBO app and he was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and the rental was in a great location. It was close to the beach and to the promenade which made morning walks very nice. The house was big enough and beds were comfortable. The house was clean and organized. We look forward to coming and staying again.

Very welcoming and helpful host, and the house was very clean and well decorated. Adequate space for 4 of us but I’m glad we didn’t have another 2 people with us. There was enough beds for 6 but the bathroom layout would have been trickier. Also I did 4 stars because of little things like not much coffee available, towels were available but not great quality, hot tub was half full upon arrival, and we had to make up the bunk beds before use. Would still stay here again, it was so close to the water and very clean, but not as luxurious as other places.

The home is beautiful and clean and well supplied. The host was available and responsive.
